Financial aid

Paying for college can be difficult—to help we offer both Pell grants and FFELP loans (for those who qualify). To apply for aid you need to fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) which is used by virtually all two and four-year colleges, universities, and career schools for the awarding of federal student aid and most state and college aid. Scholarships

To help you on the road to your new career, the Hair Academy offers scholarships awarded on a first come, first served basis. You may apply for the program when you submit your apply for enrollment. To apply please include the following items with your application for enrollment:

  • A copy of your high school transcripts and diploma
  • Three letters of recommendation (written by persons not related to you)
  • A 300 word essay stating why you deserve a scholarship and the reasons you would like to become a cosmetologist or nail technician
